Guidelines for gathering Turning Points information
Names: Always use first and last name of each individual (i.e., John Smith, Mary Smith).
New Members: (1) the first and last names of each new member, and (2) the name of the congregation joined.
Wedding anniversaries: (1) the full names of the couple, (2) the town and state where they reside, and (3) the number of years they have been married if one of the following: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, and any anniversaries beyond 70.
Deaths: (1) the full name of the deceased, (2) the deceased’s age, (3) the deceased’s home town and state, and (4) the date of death.
