The March 2024 issue of Messenger includes photos and poetry submitted by readers on the topic of “life.” Allison Snyder, interim manager of the Brethren Historical Library and Archives, curated this accompanying playlist. She writes, “I hope that this music collection reflects the theme, although ‘Life’ is a hard one to capture, in its complexity. It was easy to add songs that spoke of life (and I did, believe me, this playlist was initially very long) but I think the ones that found themselves on here speak to the recollections of where we’ve been, are at, and are hoping to go, as we journey together through life and have been soothing listens for me personally.”
