Check-out, Check-in, and Luggage

Check-in for ALL Lake Junaluska hotels is Monday, 4:00 p.m. at the Bethea Welcome Center. The Lake Junaluska conference center hosts a large gathering the weekend before we arrive. They need time to clean and prepare your rooms.

Check-out on Friday prior to 8:30 a.m., and no later than 11:00 a.m.  If you have paid your bill in full, you may leave your keys in your room-you do not need to stop at the desk.

You can store your luggage between check-out and departing:

  • Terrace Hotel – Room 213
  • Lambuth Inn – Room 106
  • Bethea Welcome Center – Gaines Auditorium
