The Letcher County, Ky. rebuilding site will be open from Sept 8, 2024 through the end of 2025. This project is part of the long-term recovery from July 2022 flooding that moved across multiple states causing flash flooding that resulted in widespread catastrophic damage and led to 44 deaths.
