The Annual Conference Office provides a roommate search option as a courtesy to those who want to find a roommate for their stay at Annual Conference. The names and contact information of persons who choose to be included will be placed on a list which will be sent to everyone on it (men’s names to men, women’s names to women).
The Annual Conference Office will not choose or put roommates together. It will be the responsibility of those on the list to contact one another, agree with someone as their roommate, and make the hotel reservation.
