Welcome to the Church of the Brethren
“Together, as the Church of the Brethren, we will passionately live and share the radical transformation and holistic peace of Jesus Christ through relationship-based neighborhood engagement. To move us forward, we will develop a culture of calling and equipping disciples who are innovative, adaptable, and fearless.” More on the Compelling Vision – Visión conjunta y motivadora – Vizyon Konvenkan
See a list of some of our ministries. We have about 99,000 members in almost 900 congregations across the United States and Puerto Rico, with sister churches in many countries.
Based in the Anabaptist and Pietist faith traditions, the Church of the Brethren is a Historic Peace Church. We celebrated our 300th anniversary in 2008.

Finally in plain sight
In all the Gospels, women are there all the time, contributing to the action, whether they are mentioned or not. Only in the stories of the resurrection are the women in plain sight. But they are still ignored!
