Contests
The NYC 2010 team is excited to announce two contests - a youth speech contest and music contest.
The youth speech contest is similar to years past where youth have submitted speeches based on the NYC theme. Two youth attending NYC will be chosen to speak in front of the entire conference during a worship service.
During the same worship service, the music contest winners will also be playing and/or participating in the performance of their song. The song will also be added to the conference book.
Only youth attending NYC will have the opportunity to write a song based on the theme. The theme is, “More than Meets the Eye,” from II Corinthians 4:6-10, 16-18 (The Message).
