Registration

Make plans now to register on January 5, 2010!

• Registration opens January 5, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. central time. Preview the registration page (PDF). 
• View the participant covenant (PDF) and the advisor covenant (PDF).
• The early registration cost for NYC is $425.
• A deposit of $200 must be paid at the time of registration.
• Money is non-refundable.
• The balance is due by April 5.
  
• After February 15, registration will be $450.
• A deposit of $200 must be paid at the time of registration.

• The balance is due by April 5.
• Registration closes on April 5.

Airport shuttle buses

NYC shuttle buses will be available to take participants from the Denver International Airport to the campus of Colorado State University, on July 17 on all flights scheduled to arrive before 3:00 p.m.  Shuttle buses will also be available to take participants from NYC back to Denver International Airport on July 22.

• Participants will be dropped off at the airport 2 hours before their flight takes off.
• The cost for these services is $17.50 one way, per person.
• These services are only offered to people flying in and out of Denver International Airport.

Registration for shuttle buses will not begin until registration for NYC opens, January 5, 2010. Please register for NYC before you register to use the shuttle buses.

Attendance guidelines

• All youth who have completed ninth grade through one year of college (at the time of NYC) are eligible to attend. Please consult with the NYC staff if you wish to request an exception to these age guidelines.
• All youth must be accompanied by an adult advisor. Please send at least one advisor for every seven youth. If you are sending female youth, please send a female advisor and if you are sending male youth, please send a male advisor.
• All adult advisors must be a minimum of 22 years of age.
• Children of participants, advisors, and staff who are not eligible to attend are not permitted at NYC.

The conference will begin with registration Saturday noon (July 17th) and end at noon on Thursday (July 22).
