During the renovation of Chicago First Church, new stained glass windows were created and designed by the congregation. This window in the sanctuary is believed to the one of the few in the United States that feature Martin Luther King Jr., according to pastor Orlando Redekopp. King is pictured at bottom right, looking up to the center panel showing people of all backgrounds and colors gathered together at the heart of the cross, as the body of Christ.
