Glenn Welborn, a Church of the Brethren member and Director of Mutual Aid Ministries for Mutual Aid Exchange (MAX), an Anabaptist related insurance company. He worked with pastor Jim Balmer of Roanoke (La.) Church of the Brethren to do clean up in the Roanoke area following Hurricane Rita. Balmer calls him the "Disaster Pastor."
