Dear Junior High Advisors,
On our website we now have resource materials for the 2007 Junior High Sunday, (November 4, 2007). Many of you will be asked to help with worship in your local congregation on that Sunday, so these materials are offered as a way to assist you. If you have not yet been asked, you might want to show these materials to your pastor and encourage her or him to invite the Junior High youth to lead in worship.
The theme for this year’s Junior High Sunday is the same as the June 15-17, 2007 Junior High Conference: The Amazing Race: Continuing the Work of Jesus, based on Luke 9:23: “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” The materials include:

Not included on the website, but available from Dave Sollenberger is a video scripture jam on the Luke 9:23 passage. Please contact Dave for a DVD of this excellent scripture jam.
