Ray Glick

photo of Ray Glick Hi, my name is Ray Glick. I am the Deferred Gifts Counselor working for the General Board. I work out of an office in Bridgewater, Virginia. I am a life long resident of the Bridgewater community. I graduated from Bridgewater College and served in BVS for two years in Istanbul, Turkey. I attend the Bridgewater Church of the Brethren. For 30 years I taught in the public schools of Virginia, mostly in Rockingham County. Before my General Board employment in 1992 I was very active in my local congregation and the Shenandoah District. My wife Sandie is retired from a nursing career.

My major focus is estate planning and deferred gifts. The most basic instrument of ones estate plan is a properly drawn will. Senior citizens, active wage earners, and parents with a new baby - ALL need a will. It is important that the estate plan reflects ones current financial situation. Periodic review and updating is necessary.

I believe it is a matter of stewardship to properly manage your God given assets during ones life time. It is equally a matter of stewardship to provide for the disposal of assets after ones death. Every one needs an estate plan.

I'd be happy to share thoughts with you about your estate plan whether it is the first and a very simple plan or another review of a long existing plan. Use my e-mail rglick_gb@brethren.org or phone 800-323-8039, Ext. 234, or call me direct at 540-515-3498.
