Through either pre-authorized fixed withdrawal from a checking account or with recurring credit card charges you can now show a serious and lasting commitment to the church's work at the national and international levels without writing a monthly check. This is certainly not for everyone. Some still feel that the act of writing their check is symbolic or holy by its very nature. But others who are just as committed, but are busy, or traveling, or collecting credit card perks can be set up to have their gifts made easily and regularly.
