Welcome to possibilities! The Church of the Brethren General Board established Congregational Life Teams to provide a fresh opportunity for congregations to have a partner in ever present work of discerning God's call.

We exist to respond to the questions that come with life in any congregation. Some of them are quite simple and defined. And we are prepared to seek and share answers to questions like "Where can I find...?, Who is responsible for ...?, When would be a good time to...?, What can we use to help us do...?, and Why is this the way to go...?

We also exist to help your congregation discern God's leading and to make possible a stronger response to God's call. The gifts of your congregation can be translated into ministry and witness in your specific location. And we view the process as an opportunity for all of us to be drawn closer to God, to experience and share God's love and be inspired to live out God's vision and mission. Congregational Life Teams seek to help congregations realize more fully what it means to be a community of hope.

Congregational Life Teams bring experience in resourcing, networking, leadership development, and consultation. We look forward to working with you, especially in the areas of worship planning, spiritual formation, evangelism, stewardship education, small membership churches, and urban and ethnic ministries.
