projects

Brethren Volunteer Service is seeking to develop new projects that have an evangelism focus as a primary goal in their ministry. Projects seeking a volunteer should have a focus that blends evangelism and service ministries. Projects do not need to come out of congregational settings but this is one area where such a project might develop. Please contact BVS for more information.

BVS/Global Mission in Brazil seeks one or two Volunteers to help with community outreach programs of the congregations in either the Campinas (Sao Paulo) area, or the city of Rio Verde, Goias state. These outreaches respond to stated needs of the communities as well as the church membership. Active participation in the congregation would be expected. Both assignments would be supervised on day-to-day basis by local pastors and/or the National Directors, Marcos and Suely Inhauser, depending on location. This is an emerging ministry in which the candidates will help shape the position direction in consultation with church leaders and community voices.
