Welcome to the Identity and Relations office!
We care for a variety of communications tasks, including the production of Tapestry. Tapestry, published 10 times a year and distributed through the SOURCE packet, is a newsletter highlighting the mission and ministry of the General Board. Additional communications and media responsibilities for this office include website administration, strengthening connections between individuals and faith community and denominational ministries, and helping to develop the unique Church of the Brethren voice and perspective.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

- Prayer Calendar – Highlighting prayer needs of the General Board, this calendar is updated quarterly. Please reprint and distribute freely.
- Tapestry – This newsletter, published 10 times a year and distributed through the SOURCE packet, provides updates on the mission and ministry work the General Board does in partnership with congregations and districts. Please reprint and distribute freely.
- Speakers’ bureau – Is your congregation looking for a guest preacher, a workshop presenter, or another type of leadership? Don’t forget that staff members are available to visit your congregation and speak about General Board ministries!
