Greetings!

The following information is for the 2008 October Mission and Ministry Board meeting. This will help facilitate travel and lodging arrangements for you. If you will be traveling to the meeting, or will need lodging, please complete the travel information form below.

• Leadership Team members begin meeting on Thursday, October 16 at 3:00 p.m. Leadership Team members, please plan to arrive by that time.
  
  
• The Executive Committee begins meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 17 (executive session in the morning, open session in the afternoon.) Executive Committee members, please plan to arrive by Thursday evening, October 16.
  
  
• The Audit and Investment Committee and the Board Development Committee are scheduled to begin meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17. Members should plan to arrive before that time.
  
  
• The Mission and Ministry Board begins at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 18. This day will be a time of orientation and education for elected Board members, Leadership Team, Executive Staff, and Communications Team. Those persons should plan to arrive by Friday evening, October 17.
  
  
• The full Mission and Ministry Board including Ex Officio members will begin business and worship meetings at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 19.
  
  
• The meetings will conclude by 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21. For those flying, please schedule your flight no earlier than 2:30 p.m. on that day.
