LeAnn Wine, C.P.A.
The General Board's Finance department processes donations; performs accounting services such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and tax reporting; ensures accurate accounting records; coordinates budgets for all program areas; services trusts agreements, endowments and restricted gifts; relates to insurance, banking, and investment agencies on behalf of the organization; prepares for the annual audit; maintains cash flow, and works to streamline the accounting system to meet the needs of the program areas while reducing costs.

LeAnn Wine is the Director of Financial Operations and Assistant Treasurer; Pat Marsh is serving as the accountant for all locations; Barbara Watt is the financial operations specialist in New Windsor; Barb York is the Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist. Lillian Dako, the donor services and accounts receivable specialist passed away unexpectedly on June 30, 2008. For more information click here.
