Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer & Executive Director of Centralized Resources

Provides the ethical, legal, and fiscally responsible environment for all ministries. Undergirds the work of the General Board by providing facilities, financial services, stewardship opportunities, information services, and records preservation.

Treasurer/Executive Director
Serves as Chief Financial Officer, including financial planning, legal and tax exemption issues and risk management. Directs the five service areas of Centralized Resources.

Buildings and Grounds, Elgin
Provides facilities management and building services for Brethren agencies located at the General Offices in Elgin.

Finance
Processes donations to the General Board, coordinates budgets, maintains accurate accounting records, and performs accounting services.

Funding
Offers financial resource counseling on stewardship and estate planning, distributes outreach, stewardship, and offering emphasis packets, and oversees direct mail program.

Information Services
Provides secure, virus protected computer hardware/software systems to support the operations of the General Board. Weaves organizational facts into information.

Library/Archives
Serves as the official repository for the Church of the Brethren. Collects, preserves, and organizes Brethren publications and archival records and provides reference services.
