Discipleship Ministries

Discipleship Ministries provides coaches, collaborators, and consultants to assist congregations in reaching out and connecting with their local communities.

Renaissance 2017-2020 is Discipleship Ministries’ two-point foci of Growing Vital Churches and equipping Church Planters through resources, training events, networking, and coaching that enable congregations, established and new, to offer compelling ministries that reach more people, more young people and more diverse people in our communities. Discipleship Ministries is committed to empowering people to articulate and embody their faith in significant ways that reach out with genuine hospitality to people wherever they are, inviting and welcoming them as together we seek to renew existing congregations.

    An invitation from Discipleship Ministries

The work of discipleship serves to restore our relationships, with one another and with God, in ways that uphold justice and righteousness. This includes the work to eliminate white supremacy in all its forms. Discipleship Ministries offers resources and opportunities to learn more about the impact of race and racism on our nation, the identity of the church, and individual discipleship.
