Central Church of the Brethren is located in downtown Roanoke and works with Congregations in Action, a partnership of churches in Roanoke that provides volunteer help and resources to several local schools, including Highland Park.

These outreach programs currently focus on children’s programs of educational support and Christian education linked directly to the congregational ministry. These outreaches respond to stated needs of the communities as well as the church membership.
