Annual Conference Space Requests

There are four basic types of events that Church of the Brethren agencies, organizations, and groups can host or sponsor:

Please note there is a $50 Room Usage fee for each catered meal, meeting, and insight session.

Catered Meal/Event

This would predominantly be a breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It could also be a reception, ice cream social, etc. It is a food-based event.

Reserve space for a Meal Event

Additional Catering

If you would like to have catering for anything other than a breakfast, lunch, or dinner (i.e. reception, snacks during a meeting, birthday cake, coffee or tea service, etc.)

Note: The convention center does not allow you to bring in food from outside the building.

Order additional catering

Meeting

This could be a board meeting, training seminar, reunion, support group, gathering, annual meeting, prayer group, networking session, etc.

Insight Session

This is an information/educational meeting. Insight Sessions are reserved for agencies of the Church of the Brethren and districts.

Exhibit Space

This is a space or ‘booth’ sponsored by Brethren-related agencies, organizations, groups, businesses, or partner organizations set up in an exhibit area at Annual Conference. Exhibits are either linear booth spaces or ‘free standing’ spaces. All exhibitors must meet certain criteria, agree to the Program and Arrangements Committee’s Guidelines and Expectations for Annual Conference Exhibit, and complete an Application for Exhibitor Status/Space Request.
