The city of Grand Rapids, Michigan will be the location of the 2017 Annual Conference. Located in Western Michigan on the Grand River about 30 miles from Lake Michigan, it is the second largest city in Michigan with a metro area population of over 1 million people.

A historic furniture-making center, Grand Rapids is still home to five of the world’s leading office furniture companies and is nicknamed “Furniture City.” It is also home to the headquarters of Spectrum Health and Meijer grocery stores, as well as seven Christian colleges and universities.

Grand Rapids is the hometown of U.S. President Gerald Ford and the location of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum.
