The Voice: Mental Health Ministry is guided by a cabinet that actively plans and provides programs and resources about mental health and mental illness. Members include:

Joel Kline – Joel Kline is pastor of the Highland Avenue Church of the Brethren. He is active in peace and social juctice ministries in his church and community.

Bryan Harness – Bryan is director of Pastoral Care at Prairie View, a faith-oriented mental health center. He attends the Wichita (Kan.) Church of the Brethren.

Kay Rittenhouse – Kay Rittenhouse is director of Volunteer Services with NAMI St. Louis. She and her husband are members of the local Methodist Church. They are both graduates of Bridgewater College. When their daughter was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 28 they moved to St. Louis to become educators and support persons for families when someone has a mental illness.

Dana Snider – Dana is a retired high school counselor who has experience and training with small group work. He and his wife, Nelda, are trained marriage enrichment leaders. He services on the Northern Indiana District's Disciple and Reconciliation Committee. Dana is a trained Stephen Minister and serves the Middlebury (Ind.) Church of the Brethren as a Stephen Ministry supervisor and caregiver. He also serves the congregation as deacon.
